As a Marine Corps veteran, she values discipline, service, and showing up fully for the people who put their trust in her. She has a special heart for working with fellow military members and understands the unique considerations that come with it.

With years of experience working alongside real estate investors—and as an investor herself—Tiffany brings a practical, strategic perspective to every transaction. Her background in mortgage lending allows her to guide clients beyond the surface of a purchase, helping them structure financing in ways that support both immediate goals and long-term growth. That well-rounded insight gives clients clarity and confidence throughout the process.

Outside of work, Tiffany is a summer girl at heart. You’ll often find her on the water or by the pool, enjoying Tennessee’s lakes and rivers. She shares life with her two dogs, Huxley and Henry, is growing a cut flower garden (with plans to try again in 2026), and is an avid reader and lifelong learner. Curious, busy, and always moving forward, she brings the same energy to life as she does to her work. And yes—Top Gun: Maverick is still the greatest movie of all time.
